The RingAdvertising that learns from your deals, not from your clicks
From an ordinary website Google learns one thing: that an enquiry happened. We tell it how that enquiry ended and how much money the customer brought. After that it looks for similar people on its own. The data travels in a circle, and every lap makes the advertising sharper. Hence the name.
Why this happens
Marketing and sales pull the rope. The money is lost in between.
The owner calls in the marketer — who shows clicks, impressions and enquiries. Then calls in sales — who reply that the enquiries are no good. The rope-pulling starts: «you sent us the wrong people» against «you handled them badly». In the end, nobody is accountable for anything.
The cause is not the people. Marketing answers for clicks, sales answer for revenue, and those are different coordinate systems. In companies that show real results, these two departments share one goal. And a shared goal starts with shared data: as long as each side reads its own report, the argument can run forever.
How it works
Three steps, closed into a circle
We count it ourselves
Ordinary trackers live on someone else’s site: blockers cut them out and Safari wipes their memory after a week. We count on our own server — there is nothing to cut. And we remember a customer even if they come back two months later.
CRM
An enquiry does not arrive as a bare line, «John, phone number». It comes with where John came from, what he searched for, which ad he clicked and how many times he visited before. All in hidden fields: the card stays clean.
Advertising
When a deal closes, that goes back to Google and Meta. They learn not «there was a conversion», but how much money this customer brought and where they came from. And they start looking for more like them.
This is what reaches the CRM with every enquiry
A real enquiry · 14 September 2026, 12:18 · identifiers shortened
The person searched for «crm система», came from Google on the campaign bitrix_search_ru, looked at two pages and left an enquiry. When the deal closes, all of this goes back to Google — and it starts looking for more people like them.
The difference
The same enquiry — with The Ring and without
Advertising learns from what you tell it. Compare how much it knows and how much we know.
The usual setup
2–4
- where they came from (sometimes)
- that an enquiry happened
- page
- time
And not even always: blockers cut out third-party trackers, and Safari wipes their memory after a week.
With The Ring
16
- utm_source
- utm_medium
- utm_campaign
- utm_content
- utm_term
- first_source
- first_medium
- first_campaign
…and another 8 fields above. And we remember all of it for over a year, not a week.
One person who visited the site ten times looks, in the usual setup, like ten different people. The advertising learns from rubbish — and you are the one paying for it, every month.
How it usually goes and how it goes here
One person who visited the site ten times looks, in the usual setup, like ten different people. The ads learn from rubbish — and you are the one paying for it, every month.
| Usual setup | With The Ring | |
|---|---|---|
| How long we remember a customer | a week Safari erases it | over a year and it keeps extending |
| What Google knows about an enquiry | that it happened | what it turned into |
| Enquiries lost on the way | every third one | none |
| What the advertising learns from | fragments | the whole path down to money |
| Return on ad spend | baseline | +30–35 % enquiries |
| Personal data law | questionable | complied with |
The figures come from our own measurements and from an experiment where identical campaigns ran on trained and untrained advertising. The difference in cost per enquiry held around 30–35 %.
What else is included
Once there is a lot of data, you can finally work with it
Every channel in one CRM
IP telephony, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram and the other messengers all land in one place, distributed between the team automatically.
The AI head of sales
The agent transcribes every call, reads the message threads in any language, scores each salesperson against the chosen sales system and gives personal recommendations. The head of the department gets a summary.
Reports for the owner
Revenue, profit, tasks, incoming enquiries, who called back and who did not, service quality. A management instrument, not a report for the sake of a report.
Honestly
When you do not need The Ring
If you get 5–10 enquiries a month and spend a few hundred euros on ads, a system like this will take a long time to pay off. We will say it plainly: wait. It starts to make sense from roughly €2,000–2,500 of monthly ad spend.
One more thing: we do not automate chaos. If you simply automate a mess, you get an automated mess. So we start by reviewing the processes and honestly show what is worth fixing before implementation, not after.
Implementation takes around 3 months — including debugging, testing and your active involvement. It does not happen faster, and we will not promise faster.
One step
Let us see whether The Ring suits you
